  • Thursday Morning Open Shooting (formerly Wednesday) is back!  April 4th to May 30th.  Doors will open at 10:00 AM and shooting will start at 10:30 AM.  Shoot until 2:00 PM or so.  Trap, skeet and rifle ranges will be available although the rifle range will be open to certified members only. Non-members shoot for the same price as members!  Lunch will also be available so come by and enjoy.  Click for the flyer ...

  • The Finger Lakes Skeet trap league is in mid-season.  VRGC hosted the league January 6 - 7, 2024.  The shoot went well thanks to the support of a group of dedicated members who helped at the shoot.  Overall, we had 80 shooters at the shoot.  Thank you volunteers so much for your support.

  • The Inland Waters Trap League is nearing the end of the season.  VRGC hosted the shoot March 2 - 3, 2024.  The complete results are posted on the LBJ web page.  There were a total of 139 scores, 44 on Saturday and 95 on Sunday.  Thank you volunteers so much for your support.

  • The Little Brown Jug Trap League will be beginning in April.  We need shooters to enable us to sustain a team.  PLEASE consider shooting in this fun league.  A schedule will be published shortly.

  • Safely on Target, LLC has both 18 hour Concealed Carry Improvement Act (CCIA) and Personal Protection in the Home classes scheduled at VRCG over the next months.  Check the calendar for dates and more information.

  • US2A Training conducted a Basic Pistol Training course on Saturday, Mar 16, 2024.  Additional courses are scheduled for the future.  Check the calendar for more information and dates as they are added.

  • VRGC is now preparing for the JTH Agency Classic registered skeet shoot on JUNE 7 - 9, 2024.  The JTH is our premier doubles and four gun registered shoot.  Early invites have already been sent to last years participants.  After those are processed, there may be a few doubles and four gun openings available with preference being given to four gun shooters.  More information to come ...​​
